We are pleased to share that members of our team have received distinguished recognition at the 34th Annual Meeting of the Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver (APASL 2025), held in Beijing.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong was honoured with the Best Organization Award, in recognition of its outstanding contributions and exceptional performance that have greatly benefited liver disease research.

Professor Grace Wong received the prestigious Presidential Award, presented to the individual with the most outstanding presentation at the conference. This award acknowledges her continued excellence in research and her impact in the field of hepatology.

In addition, Ms. Angel Ma, a valued collaborator and friend of our team, was presented with the Young Investigator Award, which celebrates early-career researchers who have demonstrated exceptional promise in research training.
